I just
wanted to say we are very happy with our system.
I am very
happy with the results we just got back for our water sample. Our
bacteria came back negative and the Uranium went from a 24 without the
RO system to a .03 with the system. That's about a 99.9% removal
rate...Not Bad!

We are
a major producer of thermal and carbonless coated papers worldwide. We have
a $50,000 piece of test equipment in one of our quality control labs that is
used to measure particle size in our coatings down to .02 microns. It
requires an extremely clean source of water to dilute our coating sample in
the measurement process.
Recently, we have been experiencing intermittent problems with our millwide
RO water system that effects our particle size analyzer. We decided to
purchase a dedicated RO water system for our analyzer. I decided on the Tap
Master for several reasons. Filter replacement is less frequent. The
capacity and water quality specs were greater than what I needed. And, when
I called your 800 number I was able to talk to a knowledgeable person
instead of voice mail. Besides, if it didn't work I would only be out $325.
This
compact easy to install system has impressed me. We have seen a 10 fold
improvement in the conductivity of the analyzer's water supply. There are
no measurable particles in the water all the way down to .02 microns.
