Service Partner FAQ's
How long will my company have to participate?
There are no minimum commitments – you can stop being a Service Partner at any time.
Is there a fee to become a Service Partner?
No.
Will my company have to carry Advanced Water Filters products in order to become a Service Partner?
No.

Advanced Water Filters maintains top Internet placement for our industry’s most important keyword terms, enjoys strong branding and water treatment system sales. Most companies do not have the capital or expertise to start and maintain a serious website with top search engine placement, but would like to take advantage of the new customers it brings. As a result you will derive new profits from installing these products and the future ongoing service work from each new customer.
Territorial Exclusivity
We offer limited territorial exclusivity. This means that if your business serves and lists 5 zip codes in a city with 40, and your larger competitor across town lists all 40 when he signs up, you will get territorial exclusivity for your 5 zip codes. However please list only the zip codes you can adequately serve.
How it works
Provide your company details online at wholesale.advancedwaterfilters.com and choose which products types (undercounter RO / filter, whole house filter, water softener, etc.) your company will install and service, and in which zip codes.
When a customer purchases a product and service from www.AdvancedWaterFilters.com a work order will be sent to your company via email and/or FAX with the customer’s details and a link to the product installation instructions. Either the customer will choose a time and date online, or request a call from you to arrange a time to visit their home or office to perform the service.
Their new water treatment system will be sent to the customer.
Upon arrival at the job site you must inspect the installation site to insure that it falls within the defined and agreed upon installation parameters prior to performing the installation.
Advanced Water Filters will NOT pay for any additional service work.
Advanced Water Filters will only pay the predetermined service fee. If there is any additional / nonstandard service work you will negotiate and collect that amount directly from the customer.
If there is additional work that the customer does not agree to, and you are unable to start and finish the job, you will still receive $35 for a service call.
After you have performed the service the customer will sign off on your work order, which you will FAX to us. You will be paid within 10 business days by direct deposit or check according to your preference. |
